I found maggots in my trash today!

    Yes, since the 4th of July fell on a Saturday, my trash pickup day, I have had to wait since last Wednesday, my last trash pickup day, a whole week, for my trash to be picked up! And you know I have bbq meat and watermelon rind in that trash bin, so what else is in there? FLIES! = MAGGOTS! What I want to know is if the garbage collection service still obligated to pick up my trash?

    I'm sure they are still obligated. They just have a messier job, and it's what they get paid to do.

    Besides, there's a chance that by the time they come, the maggots have wandered off, which is bad news for you because they wander towards the light (of your house :p )

    We're lucky here, because after trash collection, the gardeners clean the bins with chemicals...
